Postcolonial Entanglements in More-than-Human Interactions

Sensing Bodies is a multi-species interactive experience that integrates plants, biosensors, and data displays with tangible embodied interaction design to examine the sociopolitical entanglements of plants. The installation features a series of interactive exhibits that showcase unique plants from local landscapes and invite different embodied connections. Biodata displays represent embodied encounters as co-created with more-than-human agencies, highlighting reciprocal people-plant relationships while fostering a deeper sensibility toward colonial histories of local landscapes.
